Step 1: Remove the housing, clean the rotor, and inspect the rotor magnet for abnormalities such as cracks;

Step 2: Check whether the main housing of the motor has any abnormalities such as bulging or damage;

Step 3: Assemble the rotor, pull it out and check whether it is normal.

Possible reasons for the failure of the brushless DC water pump to pump water through optical rotation:

1. The centrifugal brushless DC water pump body is not filled with water

2. The distance from the brushless DC pump to the water intake surface exceeds the allowable installation height of the brushless DC pump, or does not meet the water pressure required for pumping the brushless DC pump.

3. The inlet of the impeller or brushless DC water pump is blocked by foreign matters or the pump inlet valve is closed.

4. The clearance between the impeller and the pump casing in the pump is too large, and the inlet and outlet channels are straight through.

5. The pipeline from the inlet end of the brushless DC water pump to the water source is damaged, causing it to inhale a large amount of air.

6. The key connecting the shaft to the impeller falls off or is damaged, and the motor operates without driving the impeller to rotate

What is the reason why the brushless DC water pump repeatedly starts and stops?

The brushless DC water pump you selected has a protective function, which can repeatedly start and stop for five times and completely stop in the event of water shortage, seizure, rotor blockage, and idling. If it is necessary to restart the brushless DC water pump, it is necessary to switch on the power supply again, and ensure that there is no water shortage, seizure, rotor blockage, or idling before it can operate normally.

Why does the brushless DC water pump suddenly stop working during operation?
