2、 Several issues that should be paid attention to in use

1. Prevent particles from entering

(1) No ferromagnetic impurities or particles are allowed to enter the magnetic drive and bearing friction pairs;

(2) After transporting the medium that is easy to crystallize or precipitate, it is necessary to wash it in a timely manner (after stopping the pump, fill the pump cavity with clean water, and discharge it after running for 1 min) to ensure the service life of the sliding bearing;

(3) When transporting media containing solid particles, filter at the inlet of the pump flow pipe.

2. Prevent demagnetization

It should be operated under the specified temperature conditions, and it is strictly prohibited to exceed the medium temperature. A platinum resistance temperature sensor can be installed on the outer surface of the magnetic pump isolation sleeve to detect the temperature rise in the annular gap area, so as to give an alarm or shut down when the temperature exceeds the limit.

3. Prevent dry friction

4. Installation below the liquid level

This pump is a centrifugal pump that cannot automatically exhaust air. It must be submerged or installed below the liquid level when used.
